1. You must be an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity that has a licensed vehicle.

2. The carrier must have a registration document for the vehicle

3. A valid insurance policy is mandatory (Green Card insurance certificate)

4. The carrier must have a certificate of the right to drive a vehicle of the appropriate category

5. The carrier is responsible for the technical condition of the vehicle used in international transport. The vehicle must meet the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and the countries to which it travels

6. The carrier is obliged to have a ticket for passing the state technical inspection

7. You are obliged to read the "Memorandum to the Parties to the contract for the carriage of passengers and their luggage." Read here
